Refund Policy

At Faded Photography, we value your trust and strive to provide a positive and professional experience. Please review our refund policy regarding session bookings and image purchases:

1. Session Retainers & Deposits

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

  • This retainer is applied to the total cost of your session and ensures your time slot is reserved.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session may be eligible for a one-time reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Emergencies are handled with understanding and flexibility — please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Refunds on Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital photography, all delivered images, downloads, and edits are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your final images, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to discuss reasonable edits or solutions.

4. Print Orders

  • All print sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.

5. Photographer Cancellations

  • In the rare event Faded Photography must cancel your session, clients will receive a full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge.
