At Faded Photography, we value your trust and strive to provide a positive and professional experience. Please review our refund policy regarding session bookings and image purchases:
1. Session Retainers & Deposits

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

This retainer is applied to the total cost of your session and ensures your time slot is reserved.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session may be eligible for a one-time reschedule.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

Emergencies are handled with understanding and flexibility — please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital photography, all delivered images, downloads, and edits are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your final images, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to discuss reasonable edits or solutions.
4. Print Orders

All print sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Photographer Cancellations

In the rare event Faded Photography must cancel your session, clients will receive a full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge.
